We aim to complete all jobs as described and to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Services were not provided as agreed upon.

  • There was an error in billing or payment processing.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed services that were accepted by the customer.

  • Deposits for scheduled services (unless the service is canceled by NJT Home Services).

5. Processing Refunds

We are committed to working with our customers to resolve issues whenever possible, but we reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
